Sofia Cina is a full-time biomedical illustrator who is passionate about anatomy, research, and scientific communication! She currently illustrates for the Cleveland FES Center where she illustrates subjects surrounding brain health, paralysis, autonomic dysfunction, and other neurological conditions. Sofia is also an active member of the Association of Medical Illustrators.  

She earned her BFA in Life Sciences Illustration at the Cleveland Institute of Art as well as an MS in Applied Anatomy at Case Western Reserve University. She applies years of experience in laboratory, academic, and research environments to create clean, beautiful illustrations for all audiences.
